i found the location convenient. it was close to the elizabeth line metro station. the staff were friendly and helpful (especially during check-in). the room included a fridge, safe, soaps, conditioner, and shampoo.
housekeeping was missed on multiple occasions. the reception attendants didn't handle it well and were rude. the air conditioning unit wasn't working properly. there was only one pillow provided per person on the bed.
